The second semester of the academic year 2021-2022 is fast approaching!
Have you enrolled yet? If not, here’s a step-by-step guide on the enrolment process for the second semester:
STEP ONE: REGISTRATION

Enter your personal information.
Select if you’re an old, new, or transferee student.
Input your student number. You may find your student number on your ID cards or old registration form.
Indicate if you are a grantee of the Tertiary Education Subsidy (TES) program.
Select your vaccination status. If you have already been vaccinated against Covid-19, input the brand of the vaccine, date of the first and second dose, and vaccination site.
Make sure you fill out all the required fields, so that you may proceed to the next step.
STEP TWO: VALIDATION
The school will validate the information you have entered in the registration link. Please expect a call from the school before proceeding to the next step.
STEP THREE: EVALUATION AND ADVISING
The program chairs will evaluate your application to check if you have any academic deficiencies. They will also assess the subjects you may enroll in the next semester. Please wait for the program chairs to contact you before proceeding to the next step.
STEP FOUR: ASSESSMENT OF FEES
Once the program chair has prepared your subjects and schedule, proceed to the office of the registrar for the assessment of fees.
STEP FIVE: PAYMENT
Proceed to the cashier to pay your tuition or registration fee. Holy Cross College still accepts a P500 registration fee.

ENROLMENT PERIOD FOR REGULAR COLLEGE STUDENTS: DECEMBER 6, 7, 9, 10, 14, 15, 16
ENROLMENT PERIOD FOR IRREGULAR COLLEGE STUDENTS: DECEMBER 14, 15, 16; DECEMBER 27, 28, 29
