Dr. Mark John M. Pangan, Dean of HCC’s School of Criminal Justice (SCJ), shared his excitement during an interview. “Our efforts have truly paid off,” he remarked. “Our graduates, who gave their all, have fulfilled their dream of passing the board exam.”

He recognized the dedication and sacrifices made by HCC students—enduring sleepless nights and working hard not only for themselves but also for their families. Dr. Pangan also emphasized that attending a smaller institution like HCC does not prevent them from competing with and surpassing larger schools.
