Unlike the previous opening of the new academic year, Holy Cross College started the class in an innovative way as the school with a heart reached the 2,000th mark on higher education learners even during the pandemic.
After five months of full blast preparation, HCC is the first school in Pampanga to start the class on August 3. Online class via HCC Heart Cloud is already working which serves as the virtual campus of the students to accommodate their online learning. The modules of students are delivered via house-to-house or barangay-to-barangay distribution. Students who are above 21 years old claimed their modules at the school.
HCC President, Atty. Dennis C. Pangan sends his heartfelt gratitude to everyone who continues to serve the stakeholders and for students who continuously choose the school to be their partner in learning.
“Nagpapasalamat po kami sa lahat at tayo po ay maluwalhating nakapagbukas ng ating mga klase sa araw na ito at nagpapatunay lang po yan na handing-handa ang Holy Cross College para sa ating online learning at tiyaka doon sa ating modular mode of education. Makakaasa po kayo na pagsisikapin ng buong pamunuan ang pagbibigay ng isang quality education sa ating mag-aaral,” President Pangan said.
The College Deans also welcome their respective departments via online conferences to motivate them to study harder amidst the pandemic.
“To our students thank you for choosing Holy Cross College together let us fly high to the clouds and make your dreams come true of becoming marketing and business professionals, accountants, hoteliers, entrepreneurs, and members of the hospitality industry. Welcome to the College of Business, Accountancy, and Hospitality,” CBAH Dean Yolanda Manalili said.
The College of Engineering and Criminology Dean, Engr. Marvin Mallari said that teachers will work hard to reach more students and to give quality education.
“Ano man ang pinili niyong mode of learning sisiguraduhin namin na maibibigay ang dapat niyong matutunan,” he said.
The school with a heart reminds students to keep on learning and strive to move toward excellence even though hardship due to pandemic comes along the way.
